Dieser Aufzug Prank zeigt: Gebäude bestehen nicht nur aus Beton, Stahl und Holz. Die Entwicklung geht zum intelligenten Gebäude. Aber: Technisch bestens ausgestattete, vernetzte Gebäude zu planen und zu bauen, erfordert das Zusammenarbeiten vieler verschiedener Bereiche.

Die FH Aachen bietet ab dem Wintersemester 2018/19 deshalb den Studiengang Smart Building Engineering am Fachbereich Bauingenieurwesen an. Die Studierenden lernen im Studium, intelligente Häuser zu planen und zu realisieren.

STIFTUNG SMART BUILDING

Die Stiftung Smart Building hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, Wirtschaft und Forschung in den Bereichen „Smart Building“ und „Engineering“ zu unterstützen sowie Wissenschaftseinrichtungen mit den Unternehmen der Branche zu vernetzen.

Die Stiftung hat die Unterstützung des Studiengangs „Smart Building Engineering“ an der FH Aachen übernommen. Mit der Bereitstellung von Finanzmitteln für zwei Stiftungsprofessuren für den Studiengang unterstützt die Stiftung das Vorhaben der FH Aachen.

Die Digitalisierung der Bau- und Immobilienbranche hat in den letzten Jahren enorm an Fahrt aufgenommen. Gemeinsam mit der Automatisierung werden sie die Branche rasant verändern und die Art und Weise, wie Bauprojekte geplant, realisiert und verwaltet werden revolutionieren. Dabei sind Building Information Modeling (BIM), Robotik, Vorfertigung, serielles- und modulares Bauen nur einige Themen, mit denen sich der ABE schon lange beschäftigt. ABE fördert den Wandel - u.a. durch zahlreiche Wissens- und Vernetzungsveranstaltungen, Seminare, Workshops und Arbeitsgruppen.

Die Vernetzung von Studierenden und Unternehmen ist ABE ein besonderes Anliegen. Eine innovative und erfolgreiche Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft ist auf die stetige und moderne Ausbildung neuer Fachkräfte angewiesen. Die Initiierung des bereits 2018 gestartete neuen ganzheitlichen Bachelorstudiengang Smart Building Engineering (SBE) an der FH Aachen ist nur ein Beispiel, wie ABE die Zukunftsfähigkeit fördert.

Der Baukongress bietet eine einzigartige Plattform zur engen Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit zwischen Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft.
